You’re Invited is aSour Farmhouse Ale with brewed with Jasmine, Osmanthus, Rose Petals added to the boil kettle and fermented with a house made White Peach and Raspberry puree, where the fruit underwent carbonic maceration under their own microflora for nearly 2 weeks.

Malt: Great Western Pilsner, Admiral Maltings Gallagher’s Best, Great Western White Wheat, Rahr Malted Oats, Dextrose

Hops: Nelson Sauvin

Adjuncts: Jasmine, Osmanthus, Rose Petals

Fruit: Carbonic Macerated White Peaches & Raspberries

Yeast: Philly Sour
